Ravi Shastri was again chosen as the Team India head mentor on Friday by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
Ravi Shastri, who was first chosen as the Indian mentor in 2017, has completed productive employment up until now. Remarkably, he had the support of a large portion of the present Indian cricketers, including captain Virat Kohli
According to reports, the BCCI had shortlisted five different names off 2,000 candidates, who had dropped there resume for the job.
While Shastri was an immediate participant, different up-and-comers like Robin Singh, Lalchand Rajput, Mike Hesson, Tom Moody and Phil Simmons too were shortlisted for the job.
Nonetheless, later, on Friday, Simmons hauled out of the job for some unknown reasons, leaving four different names.
