On Tuesday Beirut for shaken by series of blast, killing 70 people and injuring 1000 of people.
Blast was so strong that an earthquake 3.3 magnitude can be felt by the locals.
The first blast occurred near the port which was of low intensity. The second blast was the big one. It was so strong that it shattered the glasses of the building which were blocks away from the site.
As the world looked towards Lebanon with shock, Prime Minister Hassan Diab had a go at tried making sense the blast. He said 2,750 tons of ammonium nitrate, which is utilized in manures and is exceptionally unstable, had been put away at a warehouse for a long time with no precautions.
